Klyaser / ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request deletion of your Klyaser account and associated cloud data without installing the app.

  1. 01

    Sign out on your devices

    This stops automatic sync. Signing out alone does not delete cloud data.

  2. 02

    Send an email request

    Write from the address used for Google sign-in. Use the subject “Delete Klyaser account” and ask for your account and cloud data to be deleted.

  3. 03

    Confirm account ownership

    We will contact you if clarification is needed and email you when the request is completed. Passwords, sign-in codes and identity documents are not needed.

Timing and confirmation

Requests are carried out after account ownership is verified. We communicate handling and completion by email within the time limits required by applicable law. Data remains until the request is completed; lawful exceptions and provider backup retention are described in the policy.

What will be deleted

  • Your Klyaser authentication account
  • Cloud progress, added collections, statuses, markers and favourites
  • Your nickname, stored avatars and the account’s sync operation records

Things to know

  • ·Your Google account will remain.
  • ·Guest copies, local archives and exported collages on your devices must be removed by you.
  • ·Accepted catalogue photos and correspondence are handled separately under the privacy policy.
  • ·A new Google sign-in after deletion may create another account and upload local progress again.
